  Yes. Cinemize can install new or existing 3D, Plasma, LCD, or LED TVs on the wall, above the fireplace, or even in the corner of a room. Customers may think this is easy to do themselves, but it is very important to have an experienced professional install the TV for many reasons. Many home owners’ insurance companies will not cover the losses if any damage is caused to the home while hanging the TV, or if the TV falls off the wall after it has already been hung. Also, most TV manufacturers will not honor the manufacture warranty if the TV is not hung by a professional home theater installer.

• Is it safe to install my flat panel TV above the fire place?

  Cinemize will determine if the location is safe. We will not install a TV in an unsafe location. We recommend setting up a free in-home consultation to have a professional home theater installer determine the safety of the location.

• Can Cinemize install my new or existing audio and video home theater equipment?

  Yes. If customers already own their TV or home theater equipment, or if they decide to purchase home theater products from Cinemize, we are more than happy to offer our expert installation services to meet the desired audio and video needs.

• Can Cinemize calibrate my new or existing home theater systems for optimal sound?

  Yes. Cinemize can calibrate new or existing home theater systems for optimal sound. Many people are unaware of the numerous settings required to produce optimal sound for their home theater system. If customers install their home theater equipment themselves by following a manual, their home theater system is only producing about 30% of the optimal sound. We use professional equipment and our experience to calibrate their system, so customers can enjoy 100% of the home theater sound. There are several audio and video receivers on the market that claim to calibrate home theater systems with the microphone provided, but these microphones are extremely inaccurate. • Can Cinemize install new wires in my home or office to my desired location?

  Yes. Cinemize can install new wires through any home or office, including speaker, audio, CAT5, and video wires.

• Does Cinemize include patch and texture?

  If Cinemize has to make any access holes to install new wires through the home or office, we patch and texture these for free. Most home theater companies do not provide this service, which leaves customers with many holes to be patched by a drywall company. This could cost you between $100 to $200 for each hole. We include this as part of the installation at no additional cost.

• Does Cinemize install projectors and screens?

  Yes. Although it may sound easy, installing a home theater projector and screen can be very tricky. If customers do not know the correct distance that their projector should be from the screen, they can experience numerous problems. The TV or DVD picture can bleed off the screen and it can also become distorted. Cinemize professional installers will accurately install the projector and screen to integrate with existing home theater equipment or at the office to offer high quality presentations.

• Can Cinemize pre-wire my home or office for speakers, TV's, and projectors?

  Yes. Cinemize can pre-wire any home or office during the building or remodeling stages. We strongly recommend pre-wiring for speakers, TVs, projectors, and the Internet before the drywall is installed. This will save a lot of money, time, and headaches in the future.

• Can Cinemize recycle my old home theater equipment?

  Yes. Cinemize can pick up and remove all electronics that need to be recycled, including big screen rear projection TVs. This is included with the purchase of any of our home theater services.

• Can Cinemize design my dream home theater?

  Yes. Our number one goal is to design a dream home theater for our customers. We will help select a home theater system that will be the perfect solution for the home or office. We can help select and install audio and video equipment to produce an exceptional home theater experience. Also, we can provide recommendations on furniture placement for the best audio and video.
